Return Eligibility:
You can request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
- Include the original invoice or order confirmation.
- Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Products that are customized or made to order.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- For hygiene reasons, innerwear or personal wearables cannot be returned if unsealed or used.

We will provide instructions for return shipping. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
If your order was marked as a gift, a gift credit may be issued instead of a refund.
